With (26) CNC Machining Centers, (3) Boring Bars,
(10) Prototraks and (15) Grinders, we have the capability to
handle any job, large or small. We have the proper equipment
to handle jobs as large as 20 tons with our (25) overhead cranes.
Our (2) Kuraki Boring Bars and (9) Vertical Machining
Centers are equipped with 1000 PSI High Pressure Chip Blaster
units
for high speed machining and drilling. This allows us to
drill H-13 in excess of 60 IPM.
New for RAM Tool - The latest in
5 Axis machining is the purchase of an FTP Stinger. This machine
gives us the ability to machine a wide variety of complicated
parts with high accuracy and versatility.
