This position is for 1st shift and includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus. This position is responsible for basic machining, fixturing, tool set-up, in-process inspection, and final completion of moderately tolerance details (minimum of +/- 0.005 and up to 0.001). Work with CNC personnel, toolmakers, engineers, and supervisors to plan and execute the most cost-effective method for producing quality parts.

This is not a production machine tool operation position.

We are offering a sign-on bonus of $1,500. Designs tools and equipment with computer programs and design skills. Creates drills, broaches, fixtures, and other types of tools and equipment for use in the production process.

We are immediately hiring for available Journeyman Toolmaker positions. Responsible for building complex projects including developing manufacturing processes, modifying, repairing, and final assembly of tolerance work (+/- 0.0005”). To include, New & repair tooling, work holding fixtures, build-to-print parts and assemblies, molds, and gauges. Set-up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision parts and assemblies. Work with CNC personnel, toolmakers, engineers, and supervisors to plan and execute the most cost-effective method for producing quality parts. This is a 1st shift position and we offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

We are immediately hiring for available Facilities Maintenance Technician Level I positions. Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment including, all manufacturing areas, employee lunchroom, walkways, bathrooms, and offices. This is a 1st shift position and we offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

RAM Tool, Inc. is a high-tech CNC machining and manufacturing facility in Grafton, WI. We are immediately hiring for available Facilities Maintenance Technician Level II positions. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of all plant systems and equipment. Including but not limited to CNC, HMC, & Toolroom machines, conveyor systems, gearboxes, electrical & hydraulic motors, overhead cranes, and building repairs. This position must respond to all system failures by taking appropriate corrective action by completing or assigning the repairs needed to ensure that systems are operational and functioning safely and efficiently. Also filling out and doing daily, weekly, & monthly checklists. This is a 1st shift position and we offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
